Digital Editor – 35 hours per week

    * Based in London
    * NJC Grade D, point 31
    * ??29,575 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting)

Breast Cancer Care is here for anyone affected by breast cancer. We bring people together, provide information and support, and campaign for improved standards of care. We use our understanding of people’s experience of breast cancer and our clinical expertise in everything we do.

Breast Cancer Care???s audience increasingly use the digital media as a means to access our services.The Digital Team is focused on integrating all our digital services into a seamless experience for anyone interested in breast cancer or Breast Cancer Care. Our goal is to provide the most comprehensive information and services for people affected by breast cancer, and to be a point of information and support throughout someone???s cancer journey.

The role of Digital Editor involves the sourcing, development, production and editing of engaging content for Breast Cancer Care???s digital services, as well as working to provide an improved user experience through development of the sites. You will use your knowledge and understanding of content within the digital environment to influence and encourage the production of quality digital content and services. You will have experience of developing user journeys, with first class writing skills as well as excellent knowledge of digital trends within the social media landscape.
