Admittedly this is at the heavier end of science communication, and more towards administration, but it is for the Cochrane Airway Group with all their systematic reviews, so it does look quite interesting.

(Full time, fixed term to March 2015) 

 

We require a replacement Managing Editor to support the editorial process for new and updated Cochrane reviews and protocols for the Cochrane Airways Group (CAG). The post demands close collaborative working with an information specialist and an in-house systematic reviewer, and supportive remote working with teams of review authors and editors in order to deliver high quality systematic reviews in a timely fashion.   

 

The successful applicant should be educated to at least undergraduate degree level, have a sound understanding of systematic reviews and have experience of supporting the production of systematic reviews. A working knowledge of The Cochrane Collaboration or The Cochrane Library would be an advantage.
