Do you love the media? Can you jump on a story and find a new hook? Are you a confident and persuasive communicator with solid experience and interest in health and social policy research?
RNID???s Campaigns and PR Team is looking for a motivated and skilled PR professional to maximise positive impact activity for all of the charity???s work ??? with a particular focus on biomedical research, health and social policy, key campaigns, care services and government relations.
You will help RNID maintain its position as the leading charity working with hearing loss and hearing health by devising and implementing strategic media campaigns across all types of traditional, online and social media.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
An excellent writer with a flair for creative media campaigning, you will have a good understanding of how to maximise opportunities in the changing media landscape. You will also be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of research and policy and be able to understand and promote biomedical research well.
You will also be a strong team worker, with the ability to motivate others to achieve their best. This role requires a positive approach to building contacts and learning about this diverse organisation.
This role would ideally suit someone with experience of working in health or social policy PR. Knowledge of new PR techniques and media platforms would be an advantage.
