Professional Engagement and Education Officer

??11, 665 per annum/ 14 hours per week/ London

We are currently recruiting for a Professional Engagment and Education Officer to raise the profile of the charity among professional groups and help to develop tools and approaches that support them in delivering high quality care for people affected by Parkinson’s.

About the role

You will support the National Education Advisor in all aspects of professional engagement.

You will be a key ambassador for the organisation at conferences and events, and will need to be willing to travel and make overnight stays where required.

Skills, knowledge and experience

You will have highly developed networking and partnership skills, with the ability to relate to a range of health and social care professionals, including senior clinicians.

You will have an understanding of health and social care delivery and be able to acquire and absorb complex information on Parkinson’s and related issues.

You will also need the ability to write clearly, succinctly and accurately for a health and social care professional audience.
