12-month maternity cover

Based at Coeliac UK, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to provide maternity cover for the Deputy Head of the Diet and Health team at Coeliac UK. The Diet and Health team leads the Charity in the strategic development of its knowledge base underpinning the Charity???s activities which relate to the diagnosis and management of coeliac disease. The successful applicant will be required to take the lead in developing health policy and healthcare strategy for the Charity.  An excellent understanding of the structure of the health service and associated agencies and the ability to manage all of the necessary processes from intelligence gathering to position development is essential. With the current climate of NHS changes, this is an exciting, challenging and rewarding role for someone with a combination of the necessary policy, strategic, planning and research skills.
