This is a reasonably junior admin role I think, not directly scicomm – but it is in the furtherance of science communication and at At-Bristol (or @Bristol I’m still not sure how it’s spelled).


Science Learning Centre South West Administrator

Salary: ??15,000 (per annum) pro rata

Part-time, 3 days per week for approximately 10 months, with the potential of becoming full-time. Term time contract also considered (Ref: SLCSW Admin)

Science Learning Centre South West (SLCSW) is part of national initiative to deliver continuing professional development (CPD) programmes for science educators.

You will be a key member of the SLCSW team, responsible for the administration associated with planning and co-ordinating SLCSW courses and events for science educators attending courses across the South West region.

A confident and enthusiastic personality, you will be flexible, and have excellent communication and organisation skills.
