To succeed our Public Policy Department needs to become a leader in evidence-based influencing and policy innovation. We are seeking an exceptional public policy professional to shape the department and define our influencing agenda. We need a leader and strategic thinker to shape the development of Age UK???s policy and analysis, influence at the highest level and manage a team of 16 senior policy professionals.

You will deliver high quality, evidence-based and solutions-focused policy, build influential partnerships and relationships, represent the charity on public platforms and in the media, and contribute to the development of organisational strategy. We???re looking for an experienced manager and ???thought leader??? who can provide professional support and challenge to a team of specialists, create a culture of achievement and oversee planning and budgeting. If you can bring robust intellect, expert policy analysis, creative thinking and a record of influencing change we want to hear from you.
