We???re looking for an enthusiastic person to join our award-winning Policy & Advocacy team, working on a variety of policy and advocacy activities that support the British Heart Foundations work throughout the UK. T

he British Heart Foundation (BHF) is the nation???s heart charity. We help save lives with information, patient care and pioneering research in to Coronary Heart Disease, the nation???s biggest killer.


Working as a Policy & Advocacy Administrator, the role will be a mixture of providing key administrative support to the Head of Policy & Advocacy and to the ten strong Policy & Advocacy team, which has staff members in London, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Belfast.  The role is also responsible for the management and administration of the departments??? budget and for providing support for department wide and individual projects as and when required.


This diverse and interesting role demands that you have excellent IT and budget skills, strong verbal and written communication, and have excellent attention to detail. You will be in daily contact with internal and external customers, so should have a friendly, professional approach and you should also be able to multi task and keep to agreed deadlines and timescales.
