How to find old files
I used Google’s cache facility to collect the job description. Because the job has closed and the PDF has been removed from the website then clicking on the vacancies page link won’t help.
I typed into Google
site:www.glasgowsciencecentre.org/currentvacancies.aspx exhibit development officer
This brought up a single hit, I hovered over it to bring up little arrows that, when you click on them, open up a panel from which you can click on the Cached link. Once that’s open then you should be able to download the file – this only works for a while though. Google is constantly crawling sites and updating its records and there comes a time when old stuff just falls off its index and you can’t use this. At that point it’s worth having a look at the Wayback Archive, or just asking for a copy of the document of course, no need to complicate matters 😉
