Salary: ??23,700 to ??24,800

Research on global climate change and eco-housing, poverty and the effects of welfare cuts, urban communities and the role of local food production; a website which provides stories and resources of the ???world below??? airline flight paths; exhibitions demonstrating the geography of ???Britain from the Air??? and glacial change in the Himalayas are just a few recent examples of the types of stories you will have to promote. In addition you will co-ordinate the production and editing of the Society???s termly Bulletin and its Annual Review which are sent to 15,000 members and Fellows.

Do you think you can help to promote and develop the Society???s communications, media and public relations work? If so, the Society is seeking to appoint a dynamic individual with strong communications skills to assist the Society in raising awareness of geography and the Society???s activities through the media, and to communicate effectively with its stakeholders, particularly through publications for Fellows and members.
