Marie Curie Cancer Care’s Policy & Public Affairs team are responsible for developing and influencing palliative and end of life care policy across the UK.

If you are ready to direct the work of the charity in the area of policy and public affairs playing a vital role throughout the UK, being a catalyst for collaboration with all the relevant organisations and people who can improve end of life care in the UK, this job is for you.

You will possess excellent influencing and communication skills, political astuteness, and outstanding organisational skills and be an effective advocate. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of health and social care policy issues. You will have a collaborative approach and work well with colleagues throughout the charity. As an important spokesperson on policy and public affairs issues you’ll make the most of all these skills in a role where you’ll also make an immense difference to people’s lives.
