This is not a science communications job but an internal communications one. I've noticed these cropping up in a few charities and possibly other sectors too. I've included it because of the comms side of thing but I'm not planning on including many jobs of this type as they're not really relevant to the blog, but I thought some might be interested in this sort of thing.
Larger organisations need to help staff know what their colleagues are up to and I suppose jobs like this are a bit like the organisational equivalent of a hormonal system – reporting / disseminating information beyond one team ;-)??
