Contract: Fixed term for 6 months
Alzheimer’s Society is looking for an enthusiastic and driven press officer to join their award winning media team. The successful candidate will be working as part of the Memory Walk Team promoting its flagship fundraising walks. This will involve working with local services; sourcing case studies; organising photo calls; working with celebrities; and developing relationships with key regional newspapers and radio stations.
The applicant must have experience of working with the media, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to plan and the desire to work in a fast paced team committed to making a difference.
