Alzheimer’s Society’s is looking for a dynamic Media Manager to lead its award winning press team on some of the UK’s most exciting campaigns. The role will make a real difference to thousands of people with dementia and carers and comes at a time when the opportunity to change the way Society views dementia could not be greater.
The successful applicant will be a highly motivated self-starter with experience and knowledge of the UK media. They will have a proven track record in managing large and successful media strategies and/or teams. They will have excellent management skills and the ability to lead and inspire a busy high performing team whilst working across the organisation to achieve our goal of ‘a world where dementia can be defeated’.
The Media Manager will be a good influencer and communicator, preferably with experience in change management. They will be a senior spokespeople for the organisation and play a critical role high level relationship development.
