I’d not class this as a science communication job as such but a job in an organisation that does science communication. It’s open to someone with A-level or equivalent and who knows their way around computers, in particular CRM (Customer Relationship Management software) and Word, Excel etc.

Salary: Band 2-3, Points 10-13 (£20,691 – £23,964 depending on experience)
The Royal Institution has over 3800 members. The Membership Coordinator will be the primary interface between the Royal Institution and its members and therefore must have strong communication, administration and IT skills.
This role would suit a driven individual with at least two years relevant experience who leads through their ability to organise and deliver projects and events, can engage audiences of all ages through honed communication skills and ultimately, can deliver a sales and marketing campaign that will produce growth and improve engagement within the vibrant membership community.
